Professional Experience

8/2008-Present  President, Anubis, Inc. Founded and developed small business specializing in the management of construction, energy, and security infrastructure projects for the United States Military. Responsible for all aspects of project marketing, estimating, and management for a small business specializing in the design and execution of performance-based security, construction, and energy infrastructure projects for the United States Military. Currently serving as project manager and QA/QC Officer on multiple Air National Guard projects.

1/2008-12/2008  Vice President, ES&H, Inc. Construction Marketing & Project Manager. Responsible for all aspects of construction project marketing, budgeting, estimating, operations, client services, & staffing. PM for project to construct new small arms & munitions storage building for the Air National Guard Base in Savannah, Georgia. 

8/2006-1/2008  Director of Federal Services, ECMC Services, Inc. Directly responsible for building & operating a new fuel construction services business line. Marketed & managed more than 10 new military fueling system construction projects awarded as negotiated 8(a) set-aside contracts. In addition, completed three GC fueling system project subcontracts under the AFCEE WERC contract.

4/2002-7/2006  Construction Program Manager, Midwest Division, Weston Solution, Inc. Built & managed AFCEE WERC  construction program from zero to $20 million/year in 2 years. Experience marketing & managing all aspects of firm-fixed price, cost-plus, & time & materials construction & remediation projects for DOD & DOE clients. Successfully managed $32 million fixed-price fissile nuclear material CERCLA remediation & transportation project at U.S. DOE Paducah

4/1997-3/2002  Sr. Project Manager & Risk Assessment Program Manager, The IT Group Built & managed construction program from zero to $20 million/year in 2 years. Managed FFP Projects including USACE FL Everglades Pumping Sta. #5A Construction & Renovation of Pentagon Basement Section.
